Jan Thomas lives and works in Halle/Saale.
Website: www.jan-thomas.com
studied at the Academy of Arts and Design, Burg Giebichenstein / Halle and was post-graduate under supervision of Prof. Bernd Göbel until 2003.
Scholarship 1998 he received the Erasmus scholarship for the Athens School of Fine Arts.
1999 - 2000 a study term at the Ècole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts, Paris
2001 the graduate scholarship of the state Saxony-Anhalt
Awards 2001 the Ars Halensis art award of the Dresdner Bank
