Once upon a time! When people needed to have an opinion. When new attitudes were born. And when the music became the voice of a new generation.

Bent Rej was there. There in the sixties! Not just to observe. He was there as a friend. He played along and challenged all those rockstars, who since then have defined our culture. He was backstage and onstage. Beautiful but revealing images. Because rockstars are also just ordinary people. Every now and then.

Martin Asbæk Gallery, Galerie Asbæk and Normann Copenhagen are proud to present a photo exhibition that looks back on an amazing time. Through the lens of an exceptional man.

The exhibition runs from 10th - 23th June 2010 and is split between Asbæk in Bredgade 23 and Normann at Østerbrogade 70. If you wish to get it all - you must visit both places. Come on! It's almost like being there… just 45 years later.
