This time, Pristine Galerie presents to close the year the exhibition COSMOPOLIS, developed around the novel by the same name by American author Don DeLillo, which develops during a 24-hour period in a limousine drive and has been compared with James Joyce's Ulysses.
This exhibition includes the work of iconic contemporary artists, such as Belgian artist Wim Delvoye, whose work will be shown for the first time in Mexico, just as Matthew Weinstein, whose work is part of important private and museum collections, currently represented by renowned Sonnabend Gallery. With artworks by 18 artists and texts by Don DeLillo, Pristine Galerie showcases once more the most recent work by artists like Shahram Entekhabi, Oreet Ashery, Riiko Sakkinen, Liselot van der Heijden, Sari Tervaniemi, Joaquin Segura, Emma McCagg, Juan Carlos Granados, Abdul Vas, Damian Ontiveros, Ruben Verdu, Zachari Logan, David Gremard Romero, Pierre & Florent, Yolanda Leal and Jose Lopez, in a dialogue between national and international artists, some of whom have participated in important biennials, such as Venice Biennale and Whitstable Biennial and/or form part of collections of museums like the MOMA, Zentrum für Kunst und Medientechnologie, Tate Modern, Pompidou Centre, Freud Museum, Brooklyn Museum, London Jewish Museum of Art among others.
