Dear friends of the gallery,

together with Dr. Tayfun Belgin, director of the Kunsthalle Krems, Lukas Feichtner dared the journey to the Bosporus to let his eyes curve between Europe and Asia and to bring outstanding talents to his gallery in Vienna.

For the first time in Austria an exhibition is dedicated to the vibrant art scene of present Istanbul. The Lukas Feichtner Gallery presents selected positions of ceontmporary turkish art in a unique show and provides an insight into an uprising scene simultaneously to the Biennale in Istanbul.

Besides the exhibition a book will be published to give an entire view over the contemporary happening in the turkish art scene. "Istanbul Now" will introduce 21 artists and their work and therefore it will bring the diverse scene in Istanbul closer to the reader.

We are pleased to inform you that the catalogue to the exhibition Istanbul Now is available at the gallery.

It was presented successfully at Elgiz Museum in Istanbul on the 27th of September and will be sold in the gallery for 28 Euro.
