The goal of PHOTOTAPEI is to promote photography, digital art and video art and develop the functions of the art market. The first year of PHTOTAIPEI, held at The Westin Taipei, successfully invited 32 participants of galleries and institutions. With the annual conduction of PHTOTAIPEI in 2010 and 2011, the fair has attracted up to 5000 collectors and visitors and become one of the fair with the largest scale and of the highest importance in Asia.

This year, PHOTOTAIPEI2012 will continue conforming to the principle of being International and high-quality, enlarging the scale of the fair by inviting more galleries of excellence around the world. During 14, December and 16, December, PHOTOTAIPEI2012 will be held at Taipei Park Hotel, offering the visitors best service and venue.

Inheriting the wide popularity of the Charity Exhibition last year, Charity Exhibition this year will continue playing an important role in PHOTOTAIPEI. In addition, to enrich and elevate the academic contents contributed by the fair, Chuang Ling is specially invited to administer the preparation of Forum and lead audience to look into the change of the video market and the photographic market in Asia.
