On the occasion of its third edition, the contemporary Parisian art fair Slick will welcome over 58 galleries of which 55% based in Paris, 23% international (from Belgium, China, Croatia, Spain, Italy, the UK and the USA) and 22% from other parts of France. From its first edition, Slick has become famous as a destination for scouting galleries and artists.

This year, Slick 08 settles in the newly inaugurated 104 art space. Built in 19th century industrial architecture-style, this huge building of more than 39 000 square meters will become the largest Parisian space for artistic production and creation, living accomodations for artists, theatres and lounge areas.

Here is a glimpse at some key highlights of Slick 08, where the galleries are supposed to focus on :

- the relationship between art, politics and the social sphere
- the urban art movement.
- digital art (and video art programs will be presented by The Cube, Talents, as well as our SlickVIDEOArt)
- creations from Israel, Spain, Russia, Italy

Slick, as the Off of the Fiac, participates at the Paris’ contemporary art week in order to express the vitality of the Parisian art scene
