Terry Batt has been exhibiting regularly since 1974 and is often included in important
group exhibitions in Australia and overseas. He is an Associate Professor in Fine
Art at RMIT and regularly travels to Hong Kong to teach at the RMIT school there.

Terry´s quirky paintings and sculptures act as visual puns, a humorous and autobiographical
on order and rationality in the late twentieth century. Terry lives in Melbourne.

La Vita e un Sogno (Life is a Dream)

an exhibition of paintings by

Julia Ciccarone

Julia Ciccarone is a Melbourne based artist. Her work investigates the myths of historical narrative surrounding the landscape. In previous work, Fictitious Voyages she explored James Sadeur´s A New Discovery in Terra Incognita Australis which described the great unkown southern land as a world of hermaphrodites and rare oddities. Her current work examines peculiarities and the landscape through the investigation of displacement, the carnivalesque and the grotesque.
