dear friends of the gallery, we are pleased to inform you that we shall be participating at Art Amsterdam 2010 with a solo presentation of the californian artist greg colson. concurrent in the gallery, we're showing a group of artists that relate to his field of interest: mapping the art. some of these artists have been concentrating on the theme for quite a while, but apparently, it particularly seems to be a movement of interest with shows worldwide at the very moment. art affairs has chosen for a collaboration with johan deumens and harry ruhé, in order to honor the potential of the concept in the realm of time. greg colson and herman de vries have been represented by art affairs for many years, whereas florent morellet is new to the scene. johan deumens contributed anett frontzek's work, which also art affairs has been following for a while, and harry ruhé that of bernard heidsieck, nam june paik and mieko (chieko) shiomi. the result is an attractive exhibition, providing moments of reflexion. we kindly invite you to visit us at any or both events: 'art amsterdam', RAI convention center, may 26-30 (we still hold a number of free entrance cards) 'mapping the art', veemkade 354, amsterdam, may 15 - june 26 (wed thru sat 1-6 pm) looking forward to seeing you, antoinette de stigter ART AFFAIRS amsterdam gallery: veemkade 354 correspondence: veembroederhof 35 1019 HD amsterdam +31-20-620-6433 www.artaffairs.net | |||
