RÉINSTALLATIONS

within the series of retrospective shows the centre pompidou dedicates to major icons of contemporary art, this upcoming solo-exhibition suggests a new look at the body of work by françois morellet (born 1926).

the show emphasizes morellets installation works, a pioneering aspect of his oeuvre. over 25 works, ranging from 1963 to the present, in different materials, e.g. neons, wood, adhesive tapes, canvas, aluminum bars, metal sheets, will be "reinstalled" by the artist.

a catalogue will be published.
