two more weeks before Xmas, meaning the exhibition 'jan van munster, light 1978-2011' will come to an end, since during the holiday week the gallery will be open by appointment only.

we hope that you will be able to make it in time to see this 'radiant' show.

apart from the unique larger works, we also have beautiful small works in an edition: 'brainwaves in box' a.o. to be seen on our website.

news:

• concurrent, jan van munster is showing at galerie rieker in heilbronn (germany), with a finissage on february 24, in presence of composer lothar heinle, who was inspired by jan's 'brainwaves', resulting in a new composition of electronic music to be played for the event;

• from february 17 to may 20, 2012 jan will be participating in a light show, curator david rosenberg is putting together in la maison rouge in paris (with dan flavin, lucio fontana, françois morellet, bruce nauman, james turrel a.o.);

• also in february, his announced new book 'light/licht' will be ready;

• moreover, by the end of 2012 / beginning 2013, a large retrospective exhibition '40 years of light works' will be held in rijksmuseum twenthe of enschede (netherlands).
