We are happy to announce a programming of one of our represented artists: Special Josef Dabernig Film screenings May 21 - 25, 2010, Metro Kino Filmarchiv Austria Metro Kino Johannesgasse 4a, A-1010 Vienna www.filmarchiv.at At the same time with his current exhibition at MAK and on the occasion of his new film HERNA, Filmarchiv Austria shows a retrospective of Josef Dabernig, one of Austria's manifoldest and most consistent filmmakers. With an unequalled syncrisis of formal austerity and existantialist-melancholic humour his films move along a barely definable boundary between fine arts and narrative cinema. | |||
