Mathias Güntner first began as a project-based space ("artfinder projects") joined to the Harald Falckenberg Collection. it was re-founded as an independent gallery in 2004 and represents the work of young international artists. Its initial focus was directed at (post-) minimalist tendencies and photography, but over the last years the gallery has turned its interest increasingly towards new positions in conceptual art and presented, in particular, installations and projects.
2001-2004: artfinder projects (Falckenberg Collection), 2004: move to the Admiralitätstraße and refounded as an independent gallery.
2011: just changing the name to Galerie Mathias Güntner
