   Dear all,


The Vilnius exhibition "City Without Walls” featuring Laura Garbštienė, Žilvinas Landzbergas, Žilvinas Kempinas and S&P Stanikas at the 6th Liverpool Biennial has closed its doors.


The exhibition was visited by more than 11,000 visitors and was repeatedly mentioned as one of the most memorable exhibitions of the Liverpool Biennial.


On behalf of Galerija VARTAI I would like to thank you all for your effort, support, great attendance and generous feedback in making “City Without Walls” so successful.


Our gratitude goes to the Liverpool Biennial, in particular Lewis Biggs, Paul Domela and Antony Pickthall and to the Contemporary Urban Centre for lending a temporary home for the exhibition in a characterful converted 19th century warehouse.


With immense pride and warmth we would like to thank the artists: Laura Garbštienė, Žilvinas Landzbergas, Žilvinas Kempinas, S&P Stanikas and a co-curator Raúl Zamudio for their full-hearted participation, artistic finesse and outstanding team work.
