Free film screenings, talks and performances in September 28 August, 6-9pm Art Late Along with all the participating galleries of the Edinburgh Art Festival, Ingleby gallery will be open late. Cult art band Paul Vickers and The Leg will perform at 8.30pm. Admission free, no booking required. 4 September, 6pm Film Club: Dial M for Murder (PG) 105 mins Directed by Alfred Hitchcock, 1954 Chosen by Kay Rosen. Tennis pro Tony Wendice (Ray Milland) plots the "perfect murder" of his wife (Grace Kelly). When things go wrong, Wendice is forced to improvise. A Hitchcock classic with superb performances from Kelly and Milland in the lead roles. Admission free. Admission free, no booking required. 25 September, 6pm Film Club: The Straight Story (U) 107 mins Directed by David Lynch, 1999 Chosen by Susan Collis. 73-year old Alvin Straight (Richard Farnsworth) sets out on a 500-mile trip to visit his ailing brother, travelling from Iowa to Wisconsin on a John Deere lawnmover.
